How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture items or custom bar setups, delivery may take 7-10 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved glassware and final sale furniture are non-returnable.

Are your glassware and bar tools dishwasher safe?

Most of our glass collections are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing our gold-rimmed glasses and wooden accessories to maintain their finish and longevity.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Urban Bar ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international enthusiasts soon.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and interest-free installment plans through Affirm for larger home bar investments.

How can I track my furniture delivery?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For oversized items, our white-glove delivery partner will call you to schedule a specific arrival window.
